Most instructors are awful and hate their jobs. Don’t get me wrong, there are lots of great instructors out there but the majority of them don’t like teaching and are bitter about not being on the tour.

I think the sport would be better if they promoted + as being good
Instead of under par being the criteria it should be
How much better than par you did...".I did +8 better than par today" would be good and -8 would be bad
